Mt. Boucherie 2005 Summit

From Kelowna in BC’s Okanagan Valley, this blend of Merlot, Cab Sauv and Cab Franc has the most lovely, fragrant nose of raspberry, black current and plum. But it doesn’t stop there – the soft, silky tannins caress your palate and lead gently into the subtle pepper finish.

It’s a great wine to put out with strong cheeses and charcuterie while you wait for the lamb risotto to cook. It will carry you through both courses in style. Roasts, tomato-based pastas and stews are also great pairs.
